We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery.

This policy ensures that all returned items remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. Please note: we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or returned outside the 24-hour window.

To Request a Return:

• Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at 📧 relira.fashion@gmail.com.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address.

• Proof of postage must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the return address.

• If the return is not received by us within 7 days, your refund will unfortunately no longer be eligible.

All returned items must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted.
